  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The public Association “Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova”, hereinafter “The Association”, is a nongovernmental, non-apolitical, non-profit, scientific – professional public association, constituted by free will of the associated persons, in achieving by common of determined aims by the present statute. The Association is a full successor of rights and obligations of the Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova.

1.2 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova is founded and is carrying out its activity in concordance with the Constitution of Republic of Moldova, the Law of Republic of Moldova regarding public associations nr. 837-XIII from May 17, 1996 and the present statute.

1.3 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova is constituted in juridical form of organization “public association”.

1.4 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova obtains the name of juridical person from the moment of the statute registration at the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Moldova, disposes of all rights and obligations that are being attributed to some of such category of people by the Law. The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova has its seal, symbolic heading, own financial balance sheet, bank code in lei and foreign currency, fiscal code, as well as other attributes of the juridical person.

1.5 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova represents a republican public association and it carries out its activity over the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova. The duration of activity of the Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova is unlimited.

1.6 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova is non-profit, non-apolitical, of public use and in its activity will not distribute the income or property among founders or private persons, inclusively in the reorganizing and abolition process of the Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova.

1.7 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova will use its whole income from its activity with the viewing of its aims in the statute.

1.8 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova will not use any part of its property or its income in the interest of any its member, any founder or other private person.

1.9 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova will not uphold any political party, electoral party or candidate at any position as part of public authorities and will not use any part of the income or property to finance these activities.

1.10 The Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova has distinct patrimony, necessary to assure the activities foreseen in the statute and carries out its duties for its obligations with this patrimony.

1.11 The headquarters of the Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova is located on the address: R.Moldova, Chisinau city, 20 N.Testemiteanu street. By waiver from the article 8.3 from the present statute, the headquarters of the Nursing Association of Republic of Moldova can be changed by the decision of the Administration Advisory Body.

1.12 The present statute is elaborated and buttoned up in order to keep the Law provisions nr. 837-XIII from May 17, 1996, republished on the basis of the IV article of the nr. 178-XVI from July 20, 2007 Law, with the element renumbering and adequately reference modifications.
